Emotional leadership requires inner reflection, awareness, connectedness, empathy and thus an understanding of the role that emotions and mindset play in the leadership process. 

In my workshops and training sessions, I promote these things in the individual and in the team, with the aim of achieving a common understanding of leadership, taking into account personal values and corporate values, while remaining true to one's own personality.

It is important to create a safe space in which all participants feel that they are in good hands, because this path requires openness, trust and recognition of what is. This requires courage and creates connection!

I start where others do not (want to) look, because there is no tool, no patent remedy and no standardized method for taking people along in this process. It is individually different, complicated, complex and yet the only real key to success.

In over 25 years of professional life, I have experienced many transformations and change processes and know exactly what does not work and at what point they fail.

If economic success is paramount, the consequences always include increased fluctuation, low employer attractiveness and low motivation. The key to preventing this is the awareness of managers.

Follow up & guidance

Change is always an opportunity for growth, but tried and tested patterns that have been practiced for a long time cannot be switched off or changed at the push of a button.

With a bird's eye view, I provide support in the follow-up phase of consistent implementation and accompany the transformation step by step and selectively where it makes sense and is necessary.
